Retained Search

When your firm decides to engage our 20% retained fee search service, it gives you the opportunity to utilize one company that has the full capability to build a confidential pool of candidates through staffing research of target companies accompanied with our decades of experience of recruiting the most difficult and/or top professional positions.

Clients, who utilize our retained search model, are comfortable knowing that their recruitment endeavor is being performed by one company instead of a fee-for-hire retained or contingency firm who will “farm-out” processes to research firms which your company may not know about or control. Our retained search model is attractive to our clients’ recruitment needs for unique skill sets, educational level or upper level positions and/or having a need for a more expansive national search.

Usually, fee for hire firms charge a 25% to 35% fee. Our retained search fee is 20% of base salary only. It does not include sign-on bonus or first year guarantee bonus since our company performs all recruitment processes “in-house” and we do not subcontract any processes to other search/research firms.
